Cultural Narcotics
All across the globe young people
from every class and race are falling victim
to the horrible consequences of drug addiction.
But this isn't just any drug, it's a designer poison.
Yes, a monster stalks the land today, rampaging through the
world, wreaking havoc and terror, wrecking lives and minds;
this monster is cultural narcotics!
Cultural narcotics are far
more dangerous than cocaine or heroin, yet they aren't illegal
or even regulated, except in a handful of isolated locations.
Cultural drugs are virulently addictive and extremely profitable
to the pushers and producers - the multi-billion dollar industry
of Hollywood is legendary. And if that wasn't bad enough new
markets and new 'demographics', especially in foreign countries,
are opening all the time and being polluted just as quickly.
Just through the drastic effects of television people around the
world are being driven to self-extinction by the dissociative
and willpower-sapping forces of mindless sitcoms and trashy
movies. Indeed from a historical perspective TV is far more
deadly to native peoples than the combined onslaught of
smallpox, alcohol and Christianity against native Americans 200
years ago.
Drug bosses in
Hollywood and New York use their limitless
checkbooks to bankroll crooked Presidents,
Senators, Judges even cops when it suits their
needs. So powerful are these people that entire
elections are funded and eventually decided by
their influence.
The insidiousness of
the senses-deadening effect of cultural narcotics on human life
is only now being fully understood by ordinary
people. People take notice when too many lives
are destroyed, too many friends gunned down in
their own living rooms by obesity, ignorance and
self-destructive behavior.
|
The three major
cultural narcotics of choice are: |
-
Religion
-
Television
-
Money
|
However, keep in mind
that use of one drug often leads to use of
others, even all three at once in many cases.
First in our tour of
shame is religion. Like many simple drugs
religion has been around in various forms since
history began. Many ancient cultures were built
on the ceremonial use of religion. Some scholars
even point to certain aspects of religion that may have been beneficial to ancient
civilizations. But the religion of old shouldn't
be confused with the new stuff being used in dens
and broken homes across the nation today. The religion
that sells on the streets and over the airwaves
is now nearly 100% pure poison, not like the
adulterated and poorly processed opiates that used
to be the standard.
The results of heavy
and prolonged use of religion are quite unpleasant. Their
willpower completely sapped, users hang out in
dens called churches run by unscrupulous, pseudo-wisdom
dispensing gurus. Using
up their money to stay in these flop-houses leaves them
both poor and in need of more enlightenment from
the guru in order to mend their broken lives,
creating a terrifying cycle of emotional dependency and poverty
-- both intellectual and monetary.
The chemical that's
responsible for the religious 'high' effect, known
in street lingo as guilt, has been
scientifically enhanced and refined to a levels
unheard of before guaranteeing long term
addiction and plenty of return buyers.
Religion as a drug
has been waning in popularity for several decades
but the producers are aware of this and many new
flavors and varieties have sprouted trying to
take advantage of the addict's boredom and
restlessness with the old styles of religion, seeking new and
more potent spiritual highs.
|
Religion is a
tool to intellectually handcuff the masses for
the benefit of the ruling class. |
One of the newest
and probably most potent cultural narcotic in use
today is television. The harmful effects
of television usage have been debated for years
and most people agree that it should be limited
and regulated. Indeed in most countries of the
world TV is regulated by the government.
Unfortunately this regulation takes the form of a
one station monopoly and, much like the lottery,
governments have discovered a behaviorists
fantasy come true for mass mind-control. In
the capitalist sector regulation is left to the
media networks themselves and, well, let's just
say that this type of logic only works in the U$A.
So the media czars cynically self-censor their
drugs with programs like the 'V-chip' or a
ratings system that makes the MPAA look rock-solid
and consistent in comparison.
Still TV is so
fantastically profitable that no politician,
idealist or do-gooder has a prayer in standing up
to the media czars ensconced in their Beverly
Hills fortresses and guarded by their
private armies of hired lawyers.
|
TV as it is used
today is nothing more than a means of inculcating
ignorance into the general populace. |
Money as a
cultural narcotic has reached its zenith in the
modern hyper-capitalist system of America (recently
re-named NAFTA to hinder lucid comprehension). In
the past the greatest difficulty with using money
was that only a select few had the paraphernalia
to consume the narcotic. For the average person
money was merely a recreational drug, if they ever
saw any at all. But with the 'can-do' teamwork of J.M. Keynes and F.D. Roosevelt 65 years ago a new
era was born: an era of "unlimited money". Keynes realized that while
traditional cash was a rare item actually
restricted to the known physical quantities of
gold, an artificial substitute could be
manufactured that would work just as well and
could be made in unlimited amounts! Today we all
take this synthetic drug for granted as well as
all the ways it has literally changed the world.
Many economists say it's safe and no one
disputes that it's highly effective stuff. With
the invention of the credit card money became a
drug that you could shoot-up anywhere, anytime.
Today Americans actually use more money than they
earn, all thanks to the hypnosis of the synthetic
money drug called debt.
Scientific analysis
shows that after-effects of the synthetic money
drug debt may exist. Some have even gone
so far as to blame sequential economic calamities on the
consequences of synthetic money. Yet most
people remain oblivious of any negative effects from their
insatiable binge of money consumption.
The Kingpins
These are but three
notorious kingpins of the cultural narcotics
industry:
 |
 |
 |
| George "W' Bush |
Steven "Jaws" Spielberg |
Pat "PTL" Robertson |
Today these powerful
pushers of pollution roam the streets with
impunity in black stretch limousines, their
influence buys them sympathy and sycophants alike.
They profit from the enslavement of addiction
through the Americanization of cultures and the
subsequent poisoning of peoples around the globe.
Furthermore it should be no surprise that all are
devout followers of the faith(s) and all three
worship at the triple altar of money, media and
monotheism.

Signs and Symptoms
Watch for these
signs and symptoms of a cultural narcotics user:
Monomaniacal
desire for ever increasing quantities.
User craving
for 'high' even at the expense of family
and friends.
Transmutation
of common sense in the user,
rationalization of irrational events, i.e.
the 'Americana' effect.
TV
Glassy eyed
stare accompanied by slack-jawed
expressions.
Using TV
even when already 'high'. Watch for the
phrase "Nothing good is on"
while they remain motionless on the couch
flipping through channels for hours on
end.
Prolonged
use may erode personal and group
standards - the self-abasement effect.
Money
Hoarding and
repetitive counting
Perverse
desire to smell and fondle cash and
change despite the fact that money sees
enough action to make any aspiring
prostitute jealous.
Buying money
scented air-fresheners
An uncontrollable
attraction to 'SALE' signs
Also note
that many times extremely wealthy people
will give away large sums of money to
self created 'philanthropic' trusts as a tax dodge and also to assuage
lingering demons of guilt and self-loathing
that cling to all the backs of the super-wealthy.
Religion
Strong
belief in the irrelevant.
Selective gullibility: a
mentality that locks in first belief
they're taught becoming immune to
outside reason or contrary facts.

Treatment Options
Curing the cultural
narcotics addict is a painful and unpleasant
process that generally requires forcefully
removing the user from the harmful environment. The
problem is compounded by the fact that it isn't
enough to just cure one drug addiction, all three
must be excised from the user's life; otherwise
the other two quickly fill the new void!
But good news exists in
this tragic story of the modern era. The shock of
being free from the cultural addiction means that
few former users ever go back to their old ways.
Once cured most stay free from the old chains of
mental slavery.

If you or someone you love suffers from an
addiction to cultural narcotics, please, turn off their TV
and radio, take them outside for a deep breath, and seek
environmental replacement therapy immediately!
